Saxtead Green Post Mill

I've been planning, having downloaded Windows Movie Maker.  I'll probably edit this later to add information but I've learns loads of the most basic stuff - adding photos as well as clips, adding text, changing transitions,. adding music (which should be royalty free or whatever it's called and cropping (or do I mean snipping - whatever!).

What do you think?

    1. Thank you - I've now done a fade in/fade out for the music. It all takes a fair old time though!

  2. Very well done, like Sue says- very professional, like a tourist ad for the mill -( you have oodles more patience than me for working stuff out.)
I have driven backwards and forwards past here hundreds of times since 1992 and never stopped once!

    1. Honestly, worth a visit, I think, Sue, especially if you are OK about climbing up ladders/steep steps (and back down again). It was very peaceful just watching the vanes going round and round in the wind.
I wondered how far away from you I was. :-)

  3. This is brilliant. Are you preferring video to photographs?

    1. Thanks, Chris. The very basics were covered by an introductory video which I will need to watch again and again as it goes so fast. Helpful though. xx

  7. Wow, you clever lady. I'm going to have a look at that App/program and see what I can play with.

    1. :-) Your videos are good already so I look forward to seeing what you do. You can use Moviemaker free but it puts a 'watermark' on your video and I don't know how intrusive that would be. xx
