Finished at last. I think it's totally safe to post these here as there's no way the recipient will be reading my blog.
(please forgive the slightly out of focus-ness of some of the photos)
The carol singer.
The lantern carrier
The mince pie seller
The cook
And the party guest
And, as an extra, to make sure they stay nice, not naughty, Father Christmouse.
And all together . . .
Those mice are fantastic.I have made similar things in the past and they are sooooo fiddly. You must be thrilled to bits with them.Hope the recipient appreciates them.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely adorable. You knit so much faster than I do, still working on King #2 but he is nearly done.
ReplyDeleteThey are adorable! I don't think I would have the patience for anything so small.
ReplyDeleteThe carol singer is my favourite but they are all fantastic. They look good together. You've done a brilliant job!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!! So intricate!
ReplyDeleteThank you, everyone. The sewing up was extrtemely fiddly and quite frustrating at times but I was starting to get the hand of it. I think I need - well, want - to make some for myself as they really are sweet.

The mice are adorable. I admire not only your talent but your patience as well to make them xx
ReplyDeleteI invested in a needle with a curved tip - it did make a big difference.
DeleteThanks, Hazel. They were worth making.

They are all so cute, although I think the one with the Christmas pudding is my favourite. Your work is beautiful. X

DeleteI love them all, to be honest!
