Good morning, everyone. How's life treating you.
I'm a bit rushed this morning. I wrote the project and cardigan bit yesterday so will include it here but haven't yet uploaded the few photos I was able to take yesterday evening so I will post again later. Just to say the concert was absolutely lovely - my sort of music.

I have no shortage of projects - quite apart from the Christmas gifts which HAVE to be finished by a certain time, there's the Quiet Skies blanket which may possibly go on after New Year and the Advent calendar blanket which will most likely be finished by Twelfth Night.
And this . . .
Beth has asked me if I could make this for her so I found, bought and printed out the pattern but won't be able to start it until after Christmas - but that's OK.
It's chunky yarn but can be made with Aran weight, going up a size which I think that's what we will be doing. She has the fastening pin but doesn't knit or crochet.
I'll see how it looks and might make one for me - perhaps!

DeleteInteresting construction and I like how it's fastened with a pin. I think Aran would be rather nice, I find chunky yarn difficult and cumbersent to cope with.
ReplyDeleteYes, I like the pin too. I know what you mean about chunky - I find it easier with crochet than with knitting and I think Beth wants Aran weight anyway. xx
