. . . the doings of a very ordinary person!
Consider my lecture duly given, mama...
I'm sorry you had to come home again and hope that you feel better soon. I'm kind, I'll wait a couple of days before I give the lecture. Cider lass.
Glad you're back home .. take care, relax and get better soon... and remember to give it 48 hours AFTER it's over before you go back. xx
I've phoned in to say I won't be in tomorrow.J x
well I'm pleased... but not because that means you are still ropey :( Really though, even if you could 'manage', the way it's mowing through your littlies its probably the most responsible thing to stay away for a day or two anyway, lest you pass it on. (and yes, I know the likelihood of a TEACHER passing on a bug in a class of 5-6 year olds passing every known germ and then some between them on a daily basis is verging on the laughable but even so! Hope you are feeling better soon :) xxx
Beth is right! I remember forcing my self to go in at times. No-one thinks any better of you for it. One day they will all carry on without you, but with fond memories, regardless. Jx
Who knows, you might have done enough to avoid the lecture - very sensible. (C L)
So sorry to hear that you are unwell Joy do take care of yourself. Stay nice and warm and treat yourself as you would another a bit of molly coddling is great when you feel rotten...... don't forget the thermos flask, fill it with whatever turns you on and take it with you to bed.
