Wrest Park

Woo hoo - managed to get the photos off the camera.

Here's a few I took at Wrest Park.

The formal gardens are lovely.  All managed by volunteers, I gather.

Thee are some splendidly old trees in the park.

Might put this one at the top for a little while.

The Royals at Wrest.  Proof!

I'd love a big walled garden like this one.  I think old walls are beautiful.

    They seem to be soaked in history - even the modern ones. I'd have loved a wall round my garden when it was beimng 'done up' but had to be satisfied with a sort of half wall becauze I couldn't afford more than that. I like the way it looks, mind you!
