Looks gorgeous. The sun has brought everything along so fast! By the way, I wanted to ask you, have you ever checked out the Vitamix blender: for instance when looking at Thermione? It seems very expensive but the blurb seems to suggest it can do just about everything except cook meat and bake. I don't know anyone who has one. Just intrigued.
I know a couple of people who have a Thermomix and they're both as pleased with it as I am. It IS expensive but more than earns its space and, over the years, it will pay for itself, I think. I read some comparison stuff and the tmx came out top. It can cook meat but it can't roast. I've made a chicken curry in it! :-) J x
