That was it but I intend to add some balsamic vinegar and maybe some brown sugar to the bit that was left over and simmer away again for a time. Maybe also some mustard or some chilli flakesor other spice. I shall see how I feel - I love experimenting!<br />It was a good day, thanks. You too?<br /><br />Chrissie, I totally agree. Melons are so very refreshing. I had some slices for lunch too and remembered to pop them in the staffroom fridge in the morning.
