Next time I will use cider because not only will it impart a lovely flavour and make a great sauce, there will be some left over!
I had some in a roll and today I am going to make up the Perfect Pulled Pork Pot Pie!
J x

Joyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16116524003944939298noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5648310406783744033.post-13286861430266965182016-02-25T15:19:39.305+00:002016-02-25T15:19:39.305+00:00Sorry also meant to add I serve with home made pot...Sorry also meant to add I serve with home made potato wedges, salad and coleslaw.Gillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04957487225710638334noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5648310406783744033.post-11139599834842027672016-02-25T15:18:13.356+00:002016-02-25T15:18:13.356+00:00I cheat big time when I make pulled pork.

I remove from cooker - rest for say 20 mins - then pull apart with 2 forks. I then add bottled BBQ sauce (hence the cheat!!)
I have made from scratch with rubs etc. but my lot prefer the cheats version!Gillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04957487225710638334noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5648310406783744033.post-80617646391441532462016-02-25T12:12:44.956+00:002016-02-25T12:12:44.956+00:00It's shining brightly this way ....It's shining brightly this way ....Annabethnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5648310406783744033.post-13267384807554550002016-02-25T10:25:22.597+00:002016-02-25T10:25:22.597+00:00That's exactly it, Annabeth!
